2.1对纸厂水、电、蒸汽的要求

   Requirements for water, electricity and steam in paper mills 

2.1.1 清水和澄清水clean water and clarified water

清水：要求纯清、无色、除砂、PH值接近中性，压力：3MPa、2MPa、0.4MPa三种

Clear water: pure clear, colorless, no sand, PH value close to neutral, pressure: 3MPa, 2MPa, 0.4MPa.

澄清水（回收白水）：最大固含量:100mg/l，PH值6-8，压力0.4MPa

Clarified water (recycled water): maximum solid content :100mg/ L, PH value 6-8, pressure 0.4MPa. 

2.1 .2电力源参数  Power source parameter  

高压：AC10000V±10%

High pressure: AC10000V plus or minus 10% 

低压：AC380V/220V±10%

Low pressure: AC380V / 220 v + / - 10%

2.1.3 吊车建议Crane advice 

最重件为压榨辊（含轴承座），约重15.5吨。

3、纸机主要部件性能要求和保证

3.1网部导辊、压榨导辊、清洁辊 、干部导辊、引纸辊为不锈钢管, 舒展辊为无缝钢管车制外 包胶。

The wire guide roller, press guide roller, cleaning roller, cadre guide roller and paper guide roller are stainless steel tubes. The unfurling roller is made of seamless steel tube. 

3.2 网部、压榨部吸水箱脱水元件箱体为不锈钢304板焊接并进行特殊热处理。面板材质为高分子聚乙烯

 Wire part, press part water absorption box dewatering element box for 304 stainless steel welded and special heat treatment. The panel material is polymer polyethylene. 

3.3机架为方箱型铸铁件

  The frame is square box cast iron 

3.4铸件类：casting 

1) 机架、压榨辊、烘缸铸造后进行整体保温消除内应力处理。

The frame, press roller and dryer are treated with integral heat preservation to eliminate internal stress after casting 

2) 其它铸件：铸造后进行整体退火消除内应力处理。

Other castings: anneal after casting to eliminate internal stress treatment. 

3.5辊类的轴头：The shaft head of the roller 

网部导网辊、压部导辊、清洁辊、舒展辊、干部导辊：精加工前进行调质处理。

Wire guide roller, press guide roller, cleaning roller, stretch roller, cadre guide roller: before finishing processing for quenching and tempering treatment. 

3.6辊类的平衡等级：Balance class of rolls 

1)网部导网辊、 压部导辊、清洁辊、展毯辊、干部导辊平衡等级为G1—G2.5。

The balance grades of wire guide roller, press guide roller, cleaning roller, carpet roll and cadre guide roller are G1 - G2.5.

 2) 烘缸、压榨辊平衡等级为G2.5

 The balance grade of dryer and press roller is G2.5

  纸机设备配置能达到预定的生产能力，并首先重点考虑纸机内在和外观性能要求

This paper machine equipment configuration can achieve the predetermined production capacity, and the priority is to consider the paper machine internal and external performance requirements. 

轴承要求：轴承采用瓦房店轴承。
