Q1.Are you a trade company or a manufacturer?/你们是贸易公司还是工厂？

Q2.What is the payment terms?/付款方式是什么？
For the 40HQ or 20FT quantity ,you need to pay 30% T/T deposit ,and the balance should be paid on the day of loading for the first coorparation.From the second times ,you can pay the balance against the copy of B/L.Besides, if you just need a few ,then you have to pay 100% T/T.如果是40HQ或者20FT数量，你可以先电付30%的定金，首次合作的客人尾款必须在装货当天付清哦。二次合作开始，你可以在见提单时付清尾款。另外，如果你要的是散货，那么就必须100%付清货款哦。
Q3.Can you send free sample?/你可以免费寄样吗？
Yes,free samples can be sent ,but the express fee should be on your account./当然可以，样品免费，运费自付。
Q4.What is the MOQ?/最小起订量是多少？
For 1 size mixed in 20FT container，about 200 000 pieces in total .For 2-4 sizes mixed in 40HQ container,about 400 000 pieces in total./1个码数装1个20FT的柜子,约20万片。2-4个码数混装一个40HQ柜子，约40万片。
Q5.What is the delivery time?/交货时间是多久？
Usually in 25 days after we get the deposit by T/T. If urgent ,it can be loaded in 15-20days./通常在收到电付定金的25个工作日内交货。如果紧急的话，可以在15-20个工作日内交货。
Q6. Can you help to desigh the package?/你能帮忙设计包装吗？
Yes,we can desigh the package for free ,but you need to pay for the bag printing fee.Otherwise ,if you buy more than 4*40HQ from us,we can return the printing fee to you./是的，我们可以免费设计包装，但是袋子的印刷版费需要自付。而且，如果你做满4*40HQ的货，我们会把袋子的印刷版费返还给你。
